Face to face or through online platforms: I leverage a mastery of coaching skills and tactics, expertise in a diverse range of strategic consulting methodologies and the full range of my professional experience and personal growth to help mentees understand their external operating environment, barriers and windows to succeed and opportunities to supercharge growth and development.


 

Mentoring Structure

1:1 Monthly sessions (60-90 mins) / Minimum package of 4 sessions

1: >10 Small group mentoring (90 mins) / Minimum package 4 sessions

 

Why Have a Mentor?

Through mentoring and coaching, participants will gain full access to a mentor who will:

  • Always act in their best interest

  • Provide advice

  • Guide, strengthen and promote personal and professional resilience

  • Identify, diagnose and treat leadership hurts (dissonance, emotional labour, symbolic violence, and leader distrust, disengagement and neglect)

  • Offer provocation and diversity of thought / experience


Hold a safe space for:

  • Self reflection

  • Articulation of ideas including testing of hypothesis

  • Sharing sensitive, traumatic or challenging information, insight or experience

  • Review of critical information

  • Reducing isolation and alienation

  • Effective analysis of dissonance, recognition of personal trauma and approaches to build resilience
